What you share
The short contact form asks for your name, email, optional travel timing, and a short trip description, along with permission for Ed to follow up. When you contact Ed from a Nifty Ducks Travel page, the page address and the trip or topic you selected are included so he knows what caught your interest. Please do not include passport, payment, or medical details.
How your inquiry reaches Ed
Your inquiry, submission time, and permission are saved in a private database hosted on Cloudflare. Ed’s authorized accounts can view it in a restricted dashboard. We also use Resend to email the inquiry to ed.munz@fora.travel, with your email address as the reply address. If email fails, the saved inquiry remains available to Ed.
What happens next
Ed uses your details to respond about your travel plans. Submitting does not make a booking, authorize payment, enroll you in marketing, or create a Fora traveler profile.
Measuring inquiries
Google Analytics receives a lead event after the website confirms a successful submission. The event describes the type of form and page; your name, email, timing, and trip description are not included in that event. Analytics and advertising measurement may be limited by your browser and privacy choices.
